This business would be two fold. One part is custom cakes that go beyond your average bakery or grocery store. I'm in the business of making art with cake and confectionaries, I want my clients to be shocked that it is edible. Alongside the extreme cakes there would also be a variety of the best cheesecakes on the face of the planet and other decorated cakes available on a walk-in-basis.
We have a vision of the cheesecakes being in the local restaurants and used by local caterers.
The second part would be a commercial, licensed kitchen to rent. This would meet a huge need in the northern Dallas area for those wanting to produce a good, cater and event or start their own small business. There are currently no other facilities like this within a 30 mile radius. The kitchen location would have two or three kitchen facilities that would be available to rent on an hourly basis.
