We are in the very, VERY, early stages of creating a cafe in our area, based on community involvement and a safe, creative, environment for the area youth. We would love to have the advice from someone with more experience in starting a small business. We are not necessarily looking to franchise, but we are far more concerned with giving back to our community, and bringing them together. Do not get us wrong, we are not opposed to making money, just not stepping over the little guy to get there. We have short and long term goals, but nothing flushed out, before we create a full business proposal we would like some advice.
