I sold my business to a gentleman a few years ago. He has since moved on to other investments and no longer ownes the business. He has issued and provided me with a collateral note tied to one of his sucessful business and backed up with personal guarantee to me. The note is being paid at 14% will be paid in full in 2 yrs per our agreement with a baloon due. He has paid on this note for a yr without fail.
