We are a company that will provide internet based video production and video archiving along with other related services. I do not wish to disclose too much as we have not yet filed our patents. Suffice it to say that the industry we will be entering accounts for more than $14 billion of the US GDP. This is not porn related.
We are currently working on our business plan and have stumbled at the financial projections. I believe that we need to bring in someone with more experience in this area (eg an accountant). We plan on acquiring a loan for $150,000-$200,000 to fund our startup through Aug 2009.
This funding would be used primarily for web site development, filing of our patents, business consulting, and travel for sales presentations.
Once we are able to obtain the desired contracts (from sales presentations) we will then seek the bulk of our funding from investors. We should be up and running by July or Aug 2009. I expect break even sales by May 2010 and potential for $20 million-$40 million gross sales annually beyond that.
