Description:
Apple Core Group is in negotiations to open a restaurant / lounge in the Mid-City West neighborhood of Los Angeles. We have the location picked out and have already done a walkthrough. I have three business partners, two chefs and a veteran restaurant consultant on my team. The law firm of Silver & Freedman will be setting up our operating agreement along with a financial prospectus for investors. We currently have an investor who will commit 500k to our project. ACG is looking to raise an additional 500k to 1m. This project is time sensitive due to its location, location, location.
