I started in the low income housing industry and built over 83 homes for the USDA. Not one home that I built and set the budget for was over budget. I was awarded the construction manager of the year by the USDA in 2008.
After flipping homes and doing a lot of new construction, I then got into land development and started working with talented architects and engineers. I have not looked back since.
I now run a technology company and Kelsch Construction. My technology will greatly benefit new master planned communities greatly and I am looking to get a project going fast in my market. I live in St George, UT, one of the top five places to retire in the country and one of the fastest growing in the country. We have a very stable housing market with a six-month inventory. I have several parcels of land I would love to do a unique housing community on for homes under $300K.
