We are looking for a cash investor who would help fund our acquisition and renovation of single family homes in Jacksonville, Florida. We select homes that will see around $125,000-185,000 as that is a good market here.
My business partner is a mortgage broker who is savvy in obtaining good loans for first time home buyers. We are interested in offering a 50/50 or even 60/40, with the cash investor.
