I am in need of your help. I have a 30,000 square foot facility in the Pacifico Industrial Park of Tijuana. I moved to this facility from a 16,000 square foot facility in La Mesa Tijuana from my 21,000 square foot facility in Brea California. I am in my 6th month in Mexico and have established an 800+ pallet inventory of empties, 50 well trained workers, capacity of 900-1500 cartridges per day (untested) and a fixed overhead of $50,000 US. I have done this on my own and am suffering from a lack of cash and sales. I put my eggs into 2 baskets, lost both accounts during the factory location transition from the USA and have overextended myself. For the past two months quality is at expectations but sales are not. TKH Imaging went from 7 mil in 2007 to 4.2 mil in 2008 and with that shortfall of revenue we have been struggling to balance our current business operations during the factory location transition.
