Description: I own and operate The Dirt Doctors, a 30 acre landscape supply/wood recycling facility located in Pembroke NH. Prior to the current operation I owned and operated a company called Outdoor World. I am interested in selling this business and the 30 acre facility and or partnering up with an organization such as yours to expand the business in the New England market. I am simply contacting you to see if you have an interest in the following profit centers which compliment your existing business: Ø Composting (our facility is a state approved composting facility) Ø Bark mulch, stump, wood fiber production and distribution Ø Soil products and associated blends Ø Decorative stone Ø Firewood wholesale and retail Ø Pavers, retaining wall products both natural and manufactured. Ø Granite, bluestone treads and patio stock Ø Veneer stone Ø Screening services (we own and operate a 621 REG screening plant for our products and for hire) Additionally we opened a 2.5 acre satellite store in Chelmsford, Mass this year. My site is also zoned for single stream recycling. The building was constructed in 2000 and has a 8000 sf shop, scale pit and scale room, truck dumper set up, 3 phase power and natural gas. We also can operate 24 hours. The building also has 4,400 S.F. of “class A” office space including 12 office suites, conference room, 2 kitchens and 4 bathrooms. It would appear that our companies’ have many synergies.
