Here at the Wright Angels Group Home, we promote dignity and self value of all of our residents and we strive to give them an excellent quality in life. We encourage resident group decisions as a team and self determination in activities, socialization and food preferences. Wright Angels Group Home is not just a care giving facility; it is a learning facility and it's their home. This facility will serve the needs of those who are moderately mentally challenged who require some aid & training. We also value the time, skills and expertise of our staff. We are committed to providing fair wages that are reasonable with structured work schedules and duties which pertains to the responsibility of each team member. Our services include full time residential care, private living quarters, direct care staff and nursing staff for any necessary medical care. Recreation and educational on the job skills training is also available. "We do not expect staff to do work for which they are not trained". We aim to provide jobs which not only provide sustenance for our workers families, but also allowing them an opportunity to make a difference in the world around them, through caring and expert assistance to our community's most vulnerable.
