Description:
Positive without the puff and searing without the silliness: Radio PC is a news blog with a radio broadcast embedded in it-- or an "A-Blog". It is political talk radio in host-journal/listener-caller format. The radio production can travel as a guest on various radio programs at different times a week, but it can be found regularly updated on the a-blog. The scope of the show is news of the day-- local (NYC), national, and international news in the vein of blogs and radio programming like the Huffington Post and Rush Limbaugh (in technique not tone). It will have a particular perspective and point of view that is anti-racist and critical of free-market capitalism. Also, we are invested in the sustainability of humanity and the environment in insecure times and in the face of "inconvenient" truths. It is positive and conservative in tone. It is not ranting, rude, or raving. It is a journal and a discussion/listening group for people to find win-win ways of deciding what to do in this changing economic and political landscape. It's a new attitude for new times.
