Two years ago the Ohio Department of Transportation took my real estate. Saying that they had owned it for over two hundred years. Title companies could not find proof of their purchase. But the state took my business property without compensation to me. Altho, I have a large inventory I do not have a building to use. I have found a building in Jamestown, Pa. It has been appraised at 142000. The owner has agreed to sell to me for 72000. This is the sum I am seeking. I would be able to open for business immediatly upon closing on this.
