Description:
Miss Katie's B&B is assuming ownership of Mrs. Leonard's Guest House by implementing a new approach that will create a B&B that Woodstock, NB would be proud to have.
The town is located on the west bank of the Saint John River and at the mouth of the Meduxnekeag River, 72 km west of Fredricton. Discover the heritage of Victorian homes and riverbanktrails. Enjoy, stay and play with our variety of recreational facilities.
This property has so much potential. The owner is ill and wants to sell, some furniture and all B&B inventory included.
