I'm looking for a SERIOUS investor/philanthropist that can back me 100% on a new business that is a proven concept in the pet industry. I will be flat out up front..... I do not have any funding, the project can cost close to $4 million. I've spoken to the architect I want to use and other businesses that want to be a part of this state of the art project and feel it is a ground breaking idea, it's not a high risk business venture.
