Description:
my husband & I have successfully owned and operated a residential mortgage co. since 1996 & we have been in the industry since 1983. 2006 was a tough yr. and so we expanded into 'Staging' in the summer of 2006. We funded the first houses out of pocket and have been very successful however we are very low on inventory - we have a strong backround in franchising and we believe that 'Staging' especially the way we have structured our marketing & pricing is an ideal business to franchise.
