Kathleen took a buy out from Chrysler, LLC last January which enabled her to devot all of her time to real estate investing. Kevin currently works full time at Ford Motor Company and works the business in the envening and weekends. We have a couple great rehab crews and can accomplish a full rehab in 4-5 weeks.
We buy and sell properties, (typically HUD and/or bank owned), buy and hold rental properties and would like to start buying in bulk to grow our business. This is where the funding comes in. We know we can be very successful with the required funding. Kathleen has the talent for staging our rehabs and we get them sold pretty quick. Our contractors are great at running the jobs and keeping everything on track. Funding our company would be a win-win for everyone!
