Distribution of concrete grinders, scarifiers, shotblasting and vacuum equipment. Also distribute epoxies, deck and waterproofing materials, concrete coatings, concrete dyes, concrete hardeners and sealers, industrial green certified cleaners, joint and caulking materials and equipment, consulting to contractors, engineers, architects. I recently started a lawsuit against one of my manufacturers who I found out what soliciting my customers and taking orders direct behind my back. When I approached them on it, they terminated my distributorship and violated the Wisconsin Fair Dealership Act. Arbitration is set for January 16th, 2012 but they have so harmed my business, I am unable to come up with the fees to fight this in arbitration. I have prepared a document which spells out all of their violations and the documents to back them up. I need money to fight this injustice.
