Because I care about people, and because I have experienced needing help, I want to help people start all over again. If they have lost, or are losing their home I want to help them keep it, or save them from a foreclosure on their credit. Or help them to walk away with dignity and some money, and help them start all over again. I want to have the money and/or the credit to purchase foreclosure's in any stage (preforeclosure, foreclosure, auction, or REO) and help homeowner to get back on their feet. Especially in this market. This will also be a Rent-to-own Real Estate Business, so that these persons can become a homeowner again. And, in the process learn how to work on their credit as to get in a position so they can purchase the home at the end of the lease period.
