Retail shop catering to knitters/crocheters. The store would feature yarn and other items in the industry as well as a small coffee shop. I also intend to have the full inventory available online as well. The area is ripe for the business as there is a large population of crafters in the area as well as a very large tourist population year round. Competition is slim, the nearest is 20 min away. The only local yarn shop is closing in January as the owner is retiring. I am looking for an investor who is willing to extend the capital to get started, I am willing to negotiate terms with any valid investors. As for myself, I was in management (retail) for 10+ years and for the last 7 years I have been in the tax industry. I am a yarn enthusiast and avid knitter, and I believe I can offer the crafters of this community a welcoming retail front where they WANT to shop.
