I am an independent business owner for a 23 year old Inc500 company. I've gotten myself in some debt trying to get to the top and am trying to dig out by retailing their amazing technology that works - air purifiers, water filtration, PowerwoRx E3 (an energy saving device that saves on electric bills and provides whole home dual-mode surge suppression).
I'd like to add to my business in my economically depressed community of Cosby, TN, and bring some stimulus to the local economy. This will be done by building a small shopping gallery on land within 1/2 mile of my house and making shops available for local craftspeople and entrepreneurs.
I'm working with a corporate grant company to acquire funds for a cabin rental company to be in the same vicinity (we call them hollers up here)to bring in more tourism to the area. We are only 20 miles from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and expect to see spill over growth in the next 3-5 years. I'll be offering allergen-free Eco-certified accomodations to a retired or people vacationing in the Great Smoky Mountains (entrance 8 miles away in Upper Cosby). I will be employing at least 10 people permanently and up to 50 in the construction phase of both projects.
If you would like to be a part of bringing a better lifestyle and economy to the people in one of the most poverty stricken areas of the US (one of 11 most economically depressed areas in TN), I would appreciate your help.
I will also need to incorporate the larger company, so am also grateful for help with legal fees.
