Looking into buying property to build a neighborhood restaurant. Our town does not have a dinner house, nor a place that serves brunch. I would like to also incorporate within this concept a cooking school in the future that I can hold classes for our local area communities.
I would not have any competition with local restaurants due to my concept.
I would be employing our youth who are in Culinary Arts Program.
Due to our town being located 40miles to west of a bigger city and 70miles east of Dallas. We do not have a local fine dining establishment. Nor can our youth gain the skills they so want to achieve.
I have the experienced background to make this a success!
