Xtream Homes will lease a factory in Oroville,Ca in a state designated Enterprise Zone, and will build UBC Modular and Pre-fab Homes. Without the stigma associated with manufactured homes. We currently have 50 plans designed and are in the process of being kitted for the pre-fab market and we are wworking on an additional 50 plans that will be california certified for the modular market. Xtream Homes is already certified as an energy star partner by the US EPA, and will be the first off-site built factory in california with committed contract fullfillment of 500 units over the next 18 months.
