I founded Kenlyse Corporation in 2010 to facilitate the purchase of DVD rental kiosks. "DVD NOW" is currently the only company allowing independent operators. The first part of the plan is to take advantage of the dvd and video game rental market in the U.S. and overseas. Part two of the plan is to invest much of the income generated by dvd rentals and sales into online and satellite movie rental firms taking full advantage of the future revenues these firms will produce as they take over the market in future years. Initially, we want to lease the kiosks using the "10% PUT or Purchase Option" enabling us to walk away from the lease or pay a predetermined percent of the original equipment cost at the end of the lease. This will enable us to move totally into the next phase of movie and video game rentals or extend the revenue from the kiosks for a few years after the lease is terminated.
