Data obtained from the Specialty Tea Institute shows that the sales of specialty teas has nearly doubled over the past ten yers and are expected to continue to grow at a rate of 5-8% over the next decade. In addition the US has been importing more tea than the UK since 2010. Unlike coffe houses, RebaJeanne's will be a place for people to relax, unwind and 'unplug'.
