Description:
This is a start up company, that I wish to open in a turn-of-the-century home. The investor I am seeking will have not only an intrest in making money, but be willing to help save a peice of history for future genrations. Renovations will take six months under the supervision of a team of experts being hired to preserve the home and restore its orginal interior and exterior. The home will be used for weddings, events and over night stays, though the primary focus will be the events. It is my intent to market the business not only on a local level, but also on a national level as well.
