Description:
I have two companies: Yoder Interior Remodeling and Creative Design Concepts. I use my creativity and my knowledge of design to enhance my remodeling abilities by helping the home owner with ideas that they may never have thought about. I have been doing many "flip" houses for several investors in my area and I can't help thinking I should be doing this for myself, but I have no capital and I have poor credit, but I possess massive skills to tackle the entire inmterior of a house. I have always been artistic (I have a degree in culinary arts, I play drums. I can paint with oils or acrylics, like still lifes or landscapes, I can trhow pots on a potters wheel, etc.) so I use my artistic flair to be better than your average remodeler. I have expert knowledge in cabinetry, having worked in many custom cabinet shops; I am highly adept with cabinets, countertops, floors, drywall, electric, plumbing, painting, ceramic tile, granite, vinyl, hardwood, laminate flooring, wood finishing, etc. I have twenty years experience all together.
I am looking for an individual to build mutual trust with who has the ability to help me purchase several "run down" homes in my area to refurbish them and turn them over for a profit, and then keep going with more houses.
