Our Company has a unique knowledge of alluvial mining, especially in the Amazonian regions of Loreto and Madre de Dios in Peru, where vast placer deposits are located. Thousands of informal and illegal miners have been exploiting different areas in Madre de Dios during the last 4 decades. While their knowledge is empirical, allowing them to recover between 30% and 50% of the gold by using simple sluice boxes and mercury, we are able to recover more than 90% using environmentally friendly gravimetric recovery systems. To exploit placer deposits is an opportunity for privately held companies like ours, since listed mining corporations usually avoid placer deposits.
We are looking for investors to put into production two placer mining projects in Madre de Dios. One project is already in production (average 100-120 grams per day with a recorvery rate of 50% approx) and needs an investment of USD 2 million to increase the gold production to 4,300oz per year. Total costs of 726 USD/oz allow a fast expansion, so that in year 3 we should be able to produce more than 16,000oz of gold.
The other project, also in Madre de Dios, requires an investment of USD 6 million, but starts producing nearly 9,000oz per year doubling the production to 18,000oz within two years.
Investors can participate in different ways: as shareholder, if you support our stakeholder approach, where we would like to invest 10% of the profit in community and social projects, as lender securing a future metal streaming, as lender with a royalty participation, etc.
