Description:
This care was will be state of the art requiring significant less manual labor to complete the full service. We want to encourage continuity and loyalty from our employees and will compensate all staff significantly higher than market rate. We believe that investing in the employees will help. This car wash will be the first of it's kind. Imagine being able to get a few things checked off of your to - do list while you are waiting 20 minutes for your car to be washed. We will help our customers be productive during thier wait by making onsite services available to occuply thier time. The business model feedback has been all positive.
