Our company has been primarily a wholesaler of building supplies (doors,trim,hardware,cabinets,countertops,appliances, etc.) to multi-family construction.
I am diversifying and doing real estate short sales. My goal is to prevent foreclosure for my clients. I currently have two properties I need funds to complete the deals with the mortgage lenders. Currently, I have two single-family homes built in 2005-2006 in very nice neighborhoods in Mansfield, TX. I target homes built after 1993 in good condition and resale to investors or individual home buyers. The two homes currently have renters. One has a 1 year lease and the other a 3 year lease.
I am looking for someone who does real estate hard money loans.
