Hello, I am seeking funding to become a real estate investor and rehabber. I have acquired a lot of knowledge in this area and have a passion for it. I want to also desinate a home for "Operation Free Home" started by Dean Graziosi's Pheonix Operation. I believe with the economy today that lease option would be a good way to resell, there is also flipping or wholesaling. I am in need startup capital. I am looking at all of the sources and options I can find. The contracts would give whoever loans the money to me first right to the property if anything were to go wrong. There will als be exit clauses in the contracts.
