I am looking for funding on purchasing a large investment I wish to flip around and make a great profit on in the Anchorage, AK area. An appartment building collection renting out for $1400. a month each, along with there being 96 appartments causing it to be a $1mill a year profit. What is causing it to be a bit less, is that fact that it was not quite build for the weather, thus, it is going for far less than you could get for it, it is an asking price of insted of $20mill, it is $17.5 mill and dropping... they owe 13... my coolege who had a business like this said to ask for $14 for them to get it out from under, ask the bank for $16mill and use it a bit to fix it up and pay it back...
