My partner and I are attempting to acquire under market value, single family residences, for the purpose of renovating and making available to families on a lease/option basis. These tenant/buyers have credit issues that prevent them from acquiring financing to own a home of their own. Consequently, we are helping them to repair their credit and acquire the financing to excersize the option on the property and own their own home. Our profits are made as a monthly cash flow and on the back end when the tenant acquires financing and purchases the home.
