We look for investors who are willing to back real estate deals. We purchase residential and commercial real estate for the purpose of flipping or rentals depending on who is investing. The choice is up to them. In the past we have dealt with individuals and left it up to them. We find the houses and they purchase them, we do all of the rehabilitation and then arrange for sale or rental. We are currently looking to partner with someone who will provide funding to do this on our own. Investor would be on title.
