Creation of a new 4**** Hotel Chain (European Style). About 20 Hotels to be built or bought and refurbished to meet European Quality aspects. Together with the chain, an own hotel management and administration school will be created in cooperation with such a school in Switzerland and/or Austria. All hotels will be at top locations. The investment phase will last some 10 - 12 years until the exit will be reached by the sale of the whole chain or by the Going Public of the shares. The return is expected to be over 30% p.a. over the whole period.
