G & J Investment Properites LLC, an organization which was developed and founded by Gregory Lawarence Thorne. Mr. Thorne is a graduate of Temple University with a degree in Marketing. Gregory has owned an operated a number of buisnesses which included 15 years of experience, specializing in the hair care industry. He operated and owned five locations which served the Philadelphia area. In addition, Mr. Thorne became the third African Amercian Day Spa, located in Center City. Moreover, Mr. Thorne has received many of awards and commendations for his years of continued dedication to the communities he served in the Philadelphia area.
While continuing his education at Temple University Real Estate Institute Gregory conducted a case study which focused on home owner versus residents of Philadelphia who rents. The finding concluded that 68 percent of individuals rented properties. Therefore, Mr. Thorne believed that there was a great need to show individuals the importance being a home owner.
