Bill Krues - Tax credits / architect - Speciallizes in getting grants and tax credits for historic preservation right now we have 490k in tax credits obtained for historic preservation and enviromentals (asbestos)
General Contractor / Construction management - currently screening people to fulfill this role, we are going to perform a pay structure that aligns there interests to staying on budget and on time, all are expierienced in historic buildings and the problems they entail
