Hearthside Home Companions provides non-medical home care assistance to the elderly and physically challenged. We provide light housekeeping, laundry, personal assistance, transportation, grocery shopping, meal preparation, caregiver respite... Our companions are screened, bonded and insured.
The business model, very simply, is that we market for companions and clients, then match them together. The clients pay our company for all companion services and we pay the companions as employees. All services are performed at the clients home and are private pay (100% collection). My 5 year goal is to have 250 clients with a gross profit of $120 per client per week. Long range goals include franchising.
We currently have about 10 clients and the business is growing. We are low on funding an
