The underlining principles of the company are to provide the property owner with a ONE CALL service to handle the complexity of their entire claims process. Most local restoration companies only provide a limited amount of services to the insured thus leaving them the responsibility to hire additional contractors to repair the property.

Simply Restored Inc. provides cleaning and restoration services such as, water removal, fire damage removal, as well as mold and bio hazard material removal. We also provide full service repair to damaged properties.

Our current market area is comprised of eleven counties with approximately 975,671 residential properties. Statistics indicate that a home will incur a loss every 15 years. With 975,671 residential properties in our market, this translates to approximately 30,000 losses per year. We also provide services to commercial properties as well which will dramatically increase our market numbers.
