Looking for an opportunity to begin a small to midsize family farm that would include various types of livestock. Between $500-$750k. This would be more of a loan than an investment. Would be willing to go into a loan contract for repayment if interest rate is acceptable(~5%/yr over 30 years). Figure I would give this a shot before giving the banks my money.
