We are a Corporation (Subchapter ‘S’) in the State of New Jersey.
We are a startup New Age website in the 300 Billion Dollar New Age Market (LOHAS - 2006.) We are a new but going concern.
We already have several weeks of activity that show consistent profitability. This is related primarily to our 75-80% markup on our 7000+ drop-shipped products, which are in extreme demand, while remaining extremely (i.e. usually the cheapest by far) cost competitive.
There is a direct demonstrable result and relationship between keyword advertising on Google and Yahoo/Bing and net sales. Our advertising campaigns were set-up by a consultant from Google and it is amazing in how high a “conversion” rate we have. This is also demonstrable in Google reports.
With an advertising budget of 15K for the next 21 days (the “holiday season”), we estimate with a conservative net profit of $60K.
We're looking for someone who would be interested in investing (stock, warrants, debt equity) or lending 15K for a short term, to be used solely for the purposes of PPC advertising. Since this is an early investment, we're willing to be generous and negotiable in our return on this investment.
