Description:
The facility is a wakeboard cable park. The industry is in a growth stage so there are countless opportunities to create new opportunities. The facility would be able to do recreational and professional riding, rec. and professional tournaments, summer riding camps, promotional events and many other types of events. The facility would have a restaurant and individual condo units to accomodate the cable park itself. There has not been a cable park facility opened in the country that has failed in the last seven years.
