Description: We are a construction management company opened in January of 2016. We take on clients in need of work in repair, remodel, new build and roofs. We use Craigslist, meet and greet events, vehicle advertisement through the city and recommendations to build our labor force to hire for our projects. We assist the client in taking the weight of their home needs off of their shoulders, we assist local crews to take on more work and grow their workforce, we assist local small businesses in taking on more work and grow their workforce. We assist large companies in projects they are too small to take on. Our goal in 2 years is to have "in house crews" for framing, paint, repair, landscaping, remodels, roofing. We are aiming to have a mobile office to utilize when a sever storm causes extensive damage so we may be on hand with water, tarps, plastic and decking to secure their home, as well as sleeping bags, pillows and tents if needed. We have spent most of the year building our work force directory and have just begun taking on (URL removed) have just signed a contract with a company to handle all of their labor force needs. They currently have 48 commercial properties totaling over 800 building. Estimated contract for property 1 is $1,863,000.00 First phase of this is $405,000.00 If we use property 1 as an example, the contract for all 48 properties will be approximately $44 million and 89 million Because the contract is so large and will be expanding very quickly due to their 47 other properties they are asking us to control the labor force on, we are in need of immediate hire for 2 Project Managers, as well as 1 company vehicle. We have a nice office in Dallas and need to hire 2 office personnel, (1 office manager to take over for my Vice President of Operations since she will be in the field) and 1 admin for calls,data entry and filing.
