Description:
We have found a 4,500 square foot building in St. Petersburg Florida it's a great location that has a full liquor bar, kitchen, and full dining room. This location has over 150 seats, a bar, games, and pool tables, and serves full liquor under its SRX license. We would like to run this as a resturanunt then turn it into a adult entertainment club a couple years down the road. The average monthly income of the establishment is 40,000 per month. We are looking for a investment of 65,000. Please contact me if you are interested at the price this establishment is at it won't last long. Justin (Phone # removed)
