Description:
My name is Justin Jacobs and I am writing you because I am looking to opening an indoor baseball facility in Worcester MA. It will contain two 400 ft fields, batting cages, and warm up areas. It will be the largest air structure in the world. The facility will also offer equipment free of charge to use and warm up areas. Umpires will be provided if games are needed to be played. The cost of the facility use will be $250.00 for two hours of practice time with batting cage use and equipment. Game time fee can be negotiated if needed. I have a business plan written up and all the financials figured out. I also have a survey of all the schools, and leagues that would use the facility. I am looking for someone to invest in my idea and would love to meet and talk to somebody as well. I know trhis business will be a huge success because of the people i talked to about the venture who will use (URL removed)ther reason why it would be a huge success is because it will be the first and only indoor baseball facility in MA.
