My firm is developing a 124 unit apartment complex in the Raleigh, NC area. We have already acquired property, developed plans, received preliminary site plan approvals, and been approved for a HUD 221d mortgage.
The net income from rent will exceed expenses and debt payments by the low six figures and the low interest rate we have through HUD will provide a steady growth in equity.
We are in need of an equity investor. The investment amount we need to close with HUD is $500,000 to $600,000. We have already set up an LLC which will own the apartment complex. In return for an investment we will needless to say give shares of stock in the LLC/Equity.
