Description:
Proposal
Green Eco Solutions, Inc. (GES) is prepared to give a 15% interest in their company for $400,(URL removed). J&M and GES have already invested over $700,(URL removed). The funds will be used primarily to construct 3 proof of concept prototypes (patents and patents pending in place), that will be used to demonstrate 3 major applications of platform technologies to specific end user companies. From that point, all necessary funds will come from contracts and advances generated from the first prototype which is expected to generate millions in immediate contracts.
Some of the contracts that are currently in negotiations are the following:
1) Welch's $25-$50 million in plant upgrades (already under discussion).
2) Newfield & Encana approx $10 million for post frac drilling water recycling (demonstrations tentatively scheduled)
3) Alcan Aluminum $5-$7 million for specific solutions regarding 50 wt oil separation (Alcan has contacted us with this interest).
4) International Energy Solutions, Inc and C6 Energy, Inc (currently negotiating) the development of the following:
a) Palm Oil Residue water recycling including solutions for biomass to electricity systems
b) China Ministry of Agriculture for Aquaculture Industry
c) Coal Fines Runoff sequestration for the TVA and many identified waste coal processing sites.
There are many more applications: Bacteria, Farming, Aquaculture, Desalinization, and Precious Metals. Clean water is also becoming a very precious commodity.
We are able to filter 1 to .2 micron coal fine particles while systems today can only do only 30 to 50 microns. After the 1- .2 micron removal we can use Ultraspin to further clean the effluent into almost 0 residues.
The solutions for oil sands recovery are on the agenda for discussions with Encana.
Cold flow production and tar sands bitumen tailing ponds are also an enormous potential market. We will also utilize self generating power supply systems that will allow our systems to be placed in remote areas without need for fuel or electricity.
