Description: This is just the start of a great work. The investment money raised will be used to start a flagship business that will show the type of work Dimension Group, LLC is capable and committed to producing. It will be the catalyst of things to come. Dimension Group, LLC is an umbrella corporation. It houses its own concept affiliates with the potential for additional concepts brought from outside clientele. Although work has been carried out under the company name for over more than two years, it has only legally just been formed as of October 2009. With expertise in consulting, marketing, hospitality & management, and retail amongst its team, we have a diverse background capable of working well within many sectors of any industry. We have the talent and the ability to see the possibility of a concept and actualize it from all aspects--from development, marketing, management and raising financing. We have a unique approach to every project we become involved in which allows us to carve out our very own niche; making competition virtually non-existent. We have realistic goals and base figures that we work towards and with. Short term we would like to open up a small local establishment where success is contingent upon providing a concept unique to its area and target demographic. Long term we would like to become a major corporation whose foundational success is based upon continuing to provide its clients with a service that not only builds their businesses and fulfills their dreams but creates economic growth within that sector/industry. The investment will be spent on Tymes Cocktail & Tapas Lounge; an atypical bar type of establishment. In return, we are offering a permanent share and percentage in the company on top of a pleasing ROI of between 18-36% within the first two years.
