Description:
I am brand new to real estate investing and pretty much starting with wholesales to build up my capital to move in to bigger and better deals. I already have 3 wholesales lined up but no investors in my data base to network these deals to. I have a lot which is actually 2 lots in one. 1st lot is 8525 sq ft (approx .2 acres). 2nd lot is 8820 sq ft. (approx .2+ acres). The FMV on these lots are 35k a piece for a total of 70k. I have in progress as of right now a lawyer drawing up the assignment of contract right now. I am also in the process of filing my llc paperwork. All I am asking for is for a few investors to help me with my wholesales so I can gain the capital I need to grow just like everyone did at one time.
