Shea Mechanical is an energy management consulting company that through its recent projects has developed a cost effective solar air conditioning system. We have one operational unit currently and am working on the completion of the prototypes in order to secure all of the required patents. We are looking to secure patent pending status and begin immediately becoming profitable on the product line. Our plan is to initially market the equipment on a limited basis to public entities for both cash flow and publicity. We are seeking only limited funding initially for the development of the rest of the line of units and to cover all legal fee's. Our market is beyond our production capability and will seek further funding if and when we go into production. We have also received positive input from all sources to this point and believe that licencing the product to a major manufacturer will be the most effective path. Although we are including a plan that would support manufacturing of the product's ourselves. Although our stage of business is "creation/idea" we are actually much further along than concept. Our research is completed and we are finalizing the products and the line.
