Description:
Psych, Inc. was founded in 2013 by Justin Anderson following his return from a military deployment and subsequent transition from active military service. Created to be a means of exploring areas of clinical interest, the original design of the company was to be a full-service behavioral health clinic in the Louisville, Kentucky area.
However, the market for this practice was saturated and led to the search for other opportunities. One such opportunity was performing disability evaluations in remote locations. Starting in a small rural area of Alabama, Psych, Inc. now manages 10 locations in 5 states.
We specialize in helping government and private organizations meet their psychological evaluation needs, especially in remote locations across the U.S. We conduct a variety of psychological evaluations including, mental status examinations, intellectual, personality, and neuropsychological testing, as well as pre-employment, pre-surgical, and fitness for duty evaluations.
Our mission is to discover and develop the unique potential in every individual in order to put that potential into fulfilling work and living wages, in other words to harmonize mass social contribution while maintaining economic viability.

What are Your Motives?
I am motivated to run Psych, Inc. by various factors. Initially, I was motivated by independence. I wanted to have the freedom to work where and when I wanted, to spend more time with family, to have the freedom to pursue my passions. In the background and on more general level I have felt had a passion to help people. Based on and motivated by my faith, this has taken many forms but now manifest as the desire to provide occupational and financial fulfillment for as many as possible. To that end, I am trying to create an organization that harmonizes mass social contribution with economic viability, to provide work in which on can use their unique talents to thrive while making a wage that allows for comfortable living.
